Originally working in inside sales in the heart of Europe, I moved to the United States in 2012. While navigating the challenges of managing a new subsidiary and bringing European products to market in America, I learned a lot (!) about international sales, multinational teams, and the importance of cultural competency.
All of the above came in handy when I started recruiting for European-based (mostly German) companies in 2016, finding them suitable talent for their U.S. subsidiaries.
